Papua New Guinea Project

A Falcon Drilling designed F2000 drill is shown on location at Mt. Kare in Papua New Guinea where Falcon Drilling is operating under instructions from Madison Enterprises Corp.. Madison is a Vancouver, Canada based mineral exploration company that is currently engaged in an aggressive drilling and exploration program on the Mt. Kare property. They are listed on the Vancouver Stock Exchange (VSE:MNP) and NASD (OTC/BB as MDSEF). After an initial independent resource calculation by the engineering firm of Watts, Griffis & McQuat (4.0 million ounces - 1.0 g/t Au Cut-off, uncut grade), Mt Kare has the potential to join the ranks of the other world class gold deposits in PNG and Irian Jaya such as Grasberg (50+ million ounces), Lihir (35+ million ounces) and Porgera (25+ million ounces). Two diamond drills are currently operating with the objective of expanding the resource base within known zones of mineralization and continuing to test significant outside targets. Drill results continue to confirm the similarities in the occurrence of mineralization at Mt. Kare and at the Porgera mine. Mt Kare is 15 kms. away from, and on strike with Porgera, a 26 million ounce mine operated by Placer Dome. For further details of the Mt.
