Falcon Drilling provided drilling services for Cameco, the worlds lrgest Uranium supplier, on their project located in EasternMongolia, Sukhhbaatat Airmag, Tuvshinshireet province.

Projects located at Yalbag, Ulaanbulag, Sujigtei, Gatsuurt and the Boroo Mine have been completed in the past two or three years. Falcon is currently drilling on the Tsaidam project. The largest property is the Gatsuurt exploration property, located 35 kilometres from the Boroo mine. Centerra owns 100% of this property and has raised estimates at the deposit to 11.3 million tonnes of ore for a total of 1,227,000 ounces of contained gold. Ore from Gatsuurt will be processed at the Boroo mine facility located 110 kilometers west-northwest of Ulaanbaatar, the country's capital, Boroo began commercial production on March 1, 2004 and produced more than 245,000 ounces of gold (including gold produced during commissioning) by year-end. Over the next five years, the Boroo open-pit mine is expected to process more than 1.75 million metric tonnes of ore and produce more than 30 tonnes or an average of 180,000 ounces of gold per year at a total cash cost of $170 per ounce.

The company's Mongolian exploration properties are focused on base metals (molybdenum and copper) led by the Zuun Mod molybdenum project, precious metals (gold) and energy (coal). The Zuun Mod proerty is located less than 200 kms from China where rail and power infrastructure has been recently constructed to enable access to the Mongolian resources. In excess of $7 million has been spent on exploration and Molybdenum mineralisation has been traced over a zone greater than 3km long. Erdene has also established strategic alliances and joint ventures with industry leaders such as Xstrata Coal who are fully funding the Company’s Mongolia coal projects through to feasibility. The base and precious metal projects are operated by the company's experienced exploration team. Falcon Drilling will be providing drilling services on three projects during the 2007 / 2008 exploration season:- Zuun Mod (Erdenes primary Mongolian project) as well as the Biger project (now completed) and the Mongoit project (also completed).

Falcon currently has two drills operational on their Airag project located in South East mongolia, Dornogobi airmag, Mandakh province. Solomon’s 100% subsidiary, Solomon Resources Mongolia XXK, has been refocused for the acquisition and discovery of new Uranium prospects. Solomon’s staff is extremely well suited and equipped for uranium exploration and currently has 6 uranium properties it is actively exploring, including the Zamtiin Gol property outlined below. The Company also currently pursuing additional opportunities with 4 new licence applications submitted.

Drilling operations on the project located in Khentii airmag, Batshireet province have been successfully completed. In November 2006, Troy completed a combined diamond core and RC drilling program at Gutain Davaa totaling 1986.5 m in 22 holes that included 676.5m in 8 diamond holes and 1310m in14 RC holes. This program was a follow-up to a summer program of geological mapping, soil sampling, costeaning and rock sampling. Most of the drilling was focused on the Toordogiin Shil prospect.
